About Me

My name is Stefana and I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor based in Hackney, London.  My approach is integrative in that I use theories from several schools of thought to adapt the counselling to suit your needs and your reason for coming to therapy. I trained as an Integrative Counsellor at the Mary Ward Centre, where I gained extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.  Above all I believe that it is in our relationships with others that we can learn about ourselves and work towards a better quality of life. 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
